Ferrer Management

 Our goal is to consistently provide quality work and customer satisfaction, while meeting your demanding deadlines!

Aaron has 19 years of experience in the electrical industry, with an extensive background in commercial service.  Over the course of his career, he has served as a field superintendent, scheduling manpower, and answering daily technical questions. He ensures safety, code compliance, and on schedules are met.  His project experience ranges from multiple story senior livings to white box projects and everything in-between. Aaron holds certificates in Lock Out Tag Out, OSHA 30-hour, arc fault, and a journeymen card from IEC.  He enjoys and excels at the technical aspect of electrical and troubleshooting issues.  In his free time, you can find him on a motorcycle, or in the woods playing on quads with his son and friends.  Aaron loves learning new things, and always curious on why something stopped working or why it works that way.

Adam has 35 years’ experience in the plumbing trade. He has been a Licensed Journeyman for 34 years and a Licensed Contractor for 29 years. Adam was a Plumbing Business owner for 20 years. He holds several safety and trade Certifications including OSHA 30-hour, Aerial & Scissor lift operator, CPR/First Aid, Telehandler operator, Fall protection , and Rigger. He and his wife Robin have been married 31 years. They have two boys, Jacob, and Jesse as well as one grandson Jack.

Arlene has over 24 years of experience in the HVAC and Plumbing industry for commercial and industrial applications. She oversees our day-to-day administrative activities.  In her free time, she and her husband enjoy spending time with their children and grandchildren.

Colonel has over 14 years of plumbing industry experience.  He is a State of Indiana Licensed Journeyman Plumber, an ASSE 6010 Medical Gas Installer, holds an OSHA 30 hr. boom/scissor lift, CPS, and Signaling/Rigging Competent person certifications.  A Graduate of Mechanical Skills Plumbing Apprenticeship Program, Colonel also served our Country for  6 years in the Indiana Army National Guard (2003-2009) and was a Certified Accident Investigator.

David has over 17 years of experience in HVAC & Plumbing for residential, commercial, and industrial applications. He oversees our internal service administration, scheduling, and has implemented our operating software systems. 

Dean has over 20 years’ experience in the sheet metal industry. He is an ABC Sheet Metal Apprenticeship program graduate and also gives back to the industry as an ABC Sheet Metal Instructor. He has numerous certifications including OSHA 10 hour, scissor & boom training, lull operator, Signal and Rigging Competent Person, First Aid CPR Certified, Respiratory Silica Gel Crystalline, and Journeyman Sheet Metal Mechanic. Dean is also Vincennes University graduate.

Jason has over 29 years of experience in the plumbing and mechanical field.  He holds a State of Indiana Plumbing Contractors license, is an ASSE 6010 Medical Gas System Installer, and Graduate of mechanical skills Plumbing Apprenticeship Program. On a daily basis he is overseeing our plumbing and piping scheduling as well as managing projects.

Jerry has over 26 years of experience in the Pipe Fitting & Plumbing industry. He is an Indiana Journeyman Plumbing License holder. He also holds certifications & licenses from Mechanical Skills Plumbing Apprenticeship, Certified Backflow Tester and an ASSE 6010 Medical Gas Installer. On a daily basis Jerry assists with our project scheduling & resource management. 

Julie assists our Team in all aspects of our day to day administrative activities.

Kris has over 30 years’ experience in the fabrication and mechanical industry. He holds industry licenses and degrees from Vincennes University, Hobart Institute of Welding Technology, State of Indiana Journeyman Plumbing License, State of Indiana Plumbing Contractors License, State of Ohio Plumbing Contractors License, as well as our License holder in all areas we serve. He is an NCCER Certified Plumbing Instructor and during his own apprenticeship training was the PHCC Plumbing Contest, Local and State Champion. Kris gives back to our industry through involvement with various committees including ABC National Workforce Policy, ABC Indiana/Kentucky Apprenticeship Trust Chairman, an Ambassador for Build Your Future, as well as a Sheet Metal judge at the ABC National Craft Championships. He and his wife Annmarie has been married for 26 years and have two sons, Zachary and Samuel, as well as two four legged children Elsa and Charlie. In his spare time he and his wife enjoy traveling, camping, and spending time with their boys. 

Larry has over 10 year’s management, 8 years shipping/receiving experience. He holds a CDL w/ hazmat endorsement, AED/CPR/First Aid, OSHA 10, Forklift, and Rigging competent person certifications. He attended Ivy Tech and Retired after 27 years in the US Military. (5 years US Marine Corps and 22 years US Army). 

Lee is a master electrician with more than 36 years in the industry in Indiana and the Midwest. He owned his own commercial electrical contracting for business 12 years. Lee has been estimating and project managing for 25 years with a focus on design-build commercial and light industrial.

Len has over 33 years in the HVAC industry, including 30 years in his family mechanical contracting business.  He holds a B.S. degree from Ball State University, and is a Volunteer Habitat for Humanity. Len has been married to his wife Pam for 33 years. They have 3 sons, 2 daughters in law and one granddaughter. They enjoy boating at Lake Monroe in the summer, going to the YMCA and spending time with family. 

Mike has over 35 years of experience in the commercial, industrial and residential mechanical services industry. A passion for HVAC design, sales and service with an extensive background in project and service management. He is known for setting a higher standard of trust and timely service. Mike’s dedication to excellent customer service provides a professional and personal touch our clients deserve. He is very diligent and will provide Ferrer customers the very best in service and product.

Mike enjoys volunteering at his church, his local school system and other community functions. In the fall you can find him under the Friday night lights, working the sidelines on his high school football chain gang. Mike and his wife of 38 years, Tami, are blessed with four children and five granddaughters.

Mick has over 44 years of experience ~ 20 years as owner of Stiller Mechanical.  He holds numerous HVAC license and certifications including Marion County HVAC license, Licensed in Lawrence, Speedway, Beech Grove, Anderson, South Bend, New Castle & Richmond, and a Universal EPA certification.  Mick Attended Purdue University and holds an Associate’s degree in HVAC technology from Ivy Tech, and Served 8 years on the Marion County Board of Heating & Cooling Examiners. He and his wife Celeste have been married for 45 years and have 4 children and 6 grandchildren. In his spare time he and his wife enjoy traveling and spending time with their kids and grandkids at their Morse Lake home boating and fishing. 

Phillip has 26 years of experience in the plumbing industry. His experience covers a vast array of plumbing projects. Phillip started in the residential/light commercial field, and then moved into commercial plumbing. He has plumbed houses, churches, strip malls, dental offices, restaurants, hospitals, warehouses, senior living centers, hotels, and multi-family apartment builds. His focus while on the job has been to work efficiently and effectively, always willing to do the hardest parts of the jobs to ensure that the jobs get completed in a timely manner.

Phillip holds a journeyman’s plumbing license for the state of Indiana, along with certificates in Wirsbo, scissor and lift operator, OSHA 10-hour, and a certificate and plaque for teaching a summer plumbing class in Haiti. He has always been willing to learn new aspects of plumbing processes and equipment. He looks at life as a lifelong learning process and brings that mindset to every aspect of his life. He never believes the thought that something is impossible to do and seeks to always unravel the answer when troubles arise.

When Phillip is not at work, you may see him mountain climbing, hiking, bushcraft camping, and gravel bike racing. He also enjoys hunting, and fishing and is always seeking to find new adventures in the great outdoors. He is also a bi-vocational pastor, going into the mission field whenever he can and standing at the pulpit each Sunday.

Buddy has 25 years of experience in HVAC working in residential, commercial with both installation and service experience.  He is a Graduate of the Ivy Tech HVAC program and also a Graduate of the ABC HVAC Journeyman’s program and earned a bachelor’s degree in applied science.  Buddy is certified with multiple VRF systems – LG, Mitsubishi, and Daikin.  He holds an OSHA 10hour and OSHA 30hour certificate, Certifications in Rigging/Signaling, CPR, Competent person, Aerial, Scissor Lifts and EPA Type universal certification  Sway from work he enjoys he outdoors with his wife and three children.

Ronnie has over 34 years of experience in the Sheet Metal Industry. He has experience at every level of his craft including a past sheet metal instructor. Ronnie also attended ITT Tech and studied HVAC.

Stephen has over 12 years of experience.  He is an ABC HVAC Journeyman program graduate, Managing Construction through ABC graduate, Certified in Lennox, LG, Mitsubishi, and Samsung VRF systems, and Heat exchanger expert.  He holds an EPA Universal certification, OSHA 10, OSHA 30, Aerial/Scissor lift, Scaffolding Competent Person, Fall Protection Competent Person, Qualified Signal/Rigging Person, and is CPR Certified.  A Vincennes Graduate with an Associate’s degree in Applied Science.  He gives back to the industry as the ABC Craft Championship HVAC Project Manager.

Wendy has over 6 years in the Plumbing industry. As a graduate of ABC’s Plumbing apprenticeship program, she received an associate degree in applied science from Vincennes. She holds an Indiana Journeyman Plumber’s license as well as certifications for OSHA 30, Fall Protection, First Aid/CPR/AED, and multiple types of machinery. Wendy gives back to the industry as a NCCER certified plumbing instructor by teaching the incoming 1st years at ABC. In her spare time, Wendy enjoys spending time gardening, traveling, and camping with her spouse and their child
